Customer Service Agent (Ground Services)

Job Description

The Customer Service Agent will support the operation by providing a five-
star service to all passengers and help create an enjoyable airportenvironment for customers whilst travelling. You will ensure that the
journey of each passenger is memorable throughout the different touch
points in the Airport. Areas of service include lobby, check-in counters,
aircraft boarding, coach releasing, transfer desks, arrivals, baggage services
and transit hotel accommodation desk. will assist passengers and handle their queries to make theirjourney as smooth as possible.
2- Provide passengers with up-to-date information on the airline/flight
times/airport details.
3- Check passengers' identification are verified such as passport
validity and relevant visa depending on destination.
4- Liaising with check-in, transfer desk and other related areas for the
smooth acceptance of passengers.
5- Escorting and directing arriving and departing passengers to the
respective areas such as hotel desk, visa counter, transfer desk,
premium lounges and boarding gates
6- Assisting the Duty Officer in handling company materials and
records
7- Ensuring passengers are assisted smoothly through airport facilities
8- Performing other related duties for the purpose of ensuring the
efficient and effective functioning of the work unit
9- Organizing check-in counters and coordinating documentation
issues

Qualifications • High School Qualification

• Minimum 2 years of job-related experience required with at least 1
year of relevant experience in Airline/ Travel Industry/ Hospitality
Institute.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language.
• High energy and positive attitude are necessary to perform well in
this very high pressured and demanding environment.
• High level of computer literacy
• Excellent customer focus and service delivery.
• Good interpersonal skills and strong team orientation.
