Clinical Performance Asst / Manager

Job Description:-

Drive the clinical performance of the projects through clinical auditing,
gap analysis, RCA, CAPA.
2. Understanding client expectations and outcome requirements.
3. Aligning the performance metrics, outlining quality standards, and
developing quality control processes for doctors.
4. Ensures programs and services are implemented at the highest
standards and patients receive the highest level of care.
5. Create an MIS for effective reporting of key insights and impact of
various initiatives.
6. Manages and implements the quality management and quality
improvement programs and identifies the training needs.
7. Review products, processes and systems on an ongoing basis to
determine where improvements can be made.

Desired Language:- Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Marathi & Hindi.

 Experience Required:-More than 2 years (Medical Admin / Hospital Quality).

Qualification:- MBA Healthcare

 Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
 Knowledge of Ms office is a must.
 Statistical analysis.
 Problem-solving.
 Risk Assessment

 Qualification Required:- MBBS or equivalent healthcare degree +MBA
