Breeder Foreman (Poultry)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 Coordinate and execute breeding programs according to established schedules and guidelines.
 Follow all instructions of Superintendent regarding standard farm operating procedures and
protocols.
• Monitors farms for any Depletion, mortality to remove the same from the flock as per Arasco
hygiene standards and protocols.
• Help the Transportation team in manual hauling and ensure no harvest delays.
• Assist in the training of labour.
• Perform other works as needed by the Superintendent.
• Monitor the health and well-being of breeder birds, identifying and addressing any signs of disease
or stress.
• Collaborate with veterinarians to implement health management programs, vaccination schedules,
and disease prevention measures.
• Implement strict biosecurity measures to prevent the introduction and spread of diseases.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of facilities, equipment, and personnel to maintain a healthy
breeding environment.
