Overview
A detail oriented Associate Product Manager who will be part of the product team focussing on
the web and mobile apps platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
 Understand user needs & pain points and translate into product requirements
 Problem solving and multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment
 Conducting qualitative and quantitative research
- Integrate usability, research and market analysis into product requirements to ensure
products satisfy user needs
 Collaborate with engineering and design teams to drive & roll out new features &
improvements.
- Conduct UAT and gather feedback
- Analyse user feedback to channel insights into product features and improvements.
- Conducting competitor analysis

- Providing product support and training to users
- Providing product demo to new customers
- Creating product feature documentations and training manuals

Desired Candidate Profile

 3+ years of experience in product development
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
 B.Tech/B.E. in Computers
 MBA/PGDM will be a plus
 Product management methodologies and tools such as Agile, Lean, JIRA,
Balsamiq, Sketch (or other wireframing and prototyping tools)
 Experience with Healthcare startups will be a plus
