Accounts Assistant
Job Description:
Preparing Sales Bills, Eway bills, co-ordinating with Dispatch and Store team for sales billing,
reporting daily dispatch
Booking of all credit note and debit note with proper approval
Monthly Bank reconciliation and Supplier Ledger reconciliation
Maintaining PO file and tracking the delivery dates to ensure that there is no Late delivery. To
intimate production team in advance about expire of delivery date
Providing data to Auditor
Handling petty cash expenses
Following up with clients who have not filed GST returns and maintaining track of the same in order
to hold their payments.
Purchase Bills Booking, Expenses / service bill booking
Preparing payment advice of all Local Vendor, Consumable Suppliers, Transporters Payments and
inhouse contractors and send to proper authorities for approval
Collecting all investment details from employees for tax saving purpose
Bank Statement Entries
Preparing Report for Salary
Qualification : M.Com, B.Com
Experience : 4-5 Years
Industry : Candidates from Fabrication Industry will be preferred
